Nero (o quasi) has been composed, produced and mastered between the winters of 2014 and 2017. All sounds originated from electrical and classical guitars, objects, field recordings and live electronic


The title (engl. »(almost) black«) states my intentions most well – I was looking for a thick, heavy and slowly moving sound, an almost black drone, overlays of flows from different origins, merging in stratifications: at times solid, at times more fluid and clear – movements that could swallow the listener into their dark eddy.

I fixed in the sound a long period of experiences and sensations; NERO (o quasi) is dense and tough, poetic and intense, a work that has been changing and growing up along all this time. In it you can listen to all what I felt and managed to tell.

Not everything is black, each one will familiarize himself in the dark and here will find the light he can and is willing to.
